Lovely stay, but serious parking issues

We stayed for a night in a four-poster room. The building's super pretty, but it took forever to check in since our room wasn’t ready, and there was no bar open to chill while we waited. The breakfast options were decent, but the lack of communication about parking really frustrated me. Not the 4-star vibe I expected!

The stay was quite enjoyable, especially for the beautiful spa facilities which had adult-only hours that I thoroughly appreciated. The cocktails at the bar were a delightful treat after a round of golf on the stunning 2010 course. navigating through the hotel was a bit challenging, with a long walk through the maze-like corridors to reach our room.

I really enjoyed the relaxing spa and the beautiful heated swimming pool during my one-night stay. The breakfast was quite tasty with a good selection, even if we had to wait a bit to be seated. A minor downside was that the bathroom could use a little update, but overall, it was a lovely experience! 😊

The gym facilities offered a great variety of equipment and exercise classes that enhanced our stay. The air conditioning system in our room worked efficiently, keeping us comfortable throughout our visit.

The spa was fab, loved the adult-only hours! the cocktails were a treat at the fancy bar. Enjoyed a great round of golf, too, especially at the 2010 course, stunning conditions! Definitely a lovely stay overall.

Had an amazing time with the crew! We checked out two awesome places that offered tons of fun, laughs, and activities for everyone. The health clubs and spas were top-notch, and our kids loved the outdoor play area! a fantastic stay with plenty to do.

Our only hiccup was the long walk through the hotel to reach our room. The layout can be pretty confusing, so be prepared for some hiking to get around.

The Manor's location makes it hard to miss. Upon arrival, the check-in process at the main resort was confusing. I had to drive back due to a mix-up. My room was comfy with pleasant decor and a nice bathroom. I noticed some cleanliness issues. The carpet had stains, and I found hair in my partner's scrambled eggs at breakfast. Service quality varied quite a bit too. Sometimes staff were attentive, but at other times, they seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive. Parking was an extra fee, which surprised me. The options nearby for dining were reasonable, though the food at the Olive Tree fell short of expectations.

the room was clean n tidy, loved the comfy bed n good shower pressure. staff were realy friendly n helpful, especially at check in. breakfast was really nice with lots of choices, felt high quality. i was happy the electric charging was free, that was a big plus. enjoyed the dining experience at steak on six, the food was amazin.

but there was poor information on how to get to the other restaurants and parking was an extra £10 per night.

Enjoyable stay with potential for improvement

I had a lovely stay with a comfortable bed and good shower pressure in my Manor Deluxe King Room. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially during check-in, and the breakfast offered plenty of delicious options to start the day right. I found the confusing layout of the hotel made it quite a trek to get to my room, so if you have mobility issues, that's something to consider.

The Manor Deluxe King Room was super spacious and the bed was just amazing—so comfy! I had a really good night's sleep. The shower pressure was solid, and everything felt clean and tidy. There were plenty of cups and tea options, which was nice. Just a heads up, the room could get a bit warm, but they provided a fan. pretty lovely.

I had a lovely stay at the resort! The Asian-inspired dinner was outstanding and breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options. I especially enjoyed the steam room and sauna, perfect for relaxation.
